Multi-Hospital Veterinary Externship Program: A Comprehensive Clinical Experience
V.O.S welcomes 3rd and 4th year veterinary students to participate in our multi-site rotating externship program. This program is designed to give students the opportunity to rotate through our hospital network, experiencing diverse medical cases, practice styles, and areas of interest while developing practical skills under expert guidance.
Our program is built on the belief that exposure to diverse medical settings, practice styles, and patient populations creates well-rounded veterinary professionals. By rotating through multiple hospitals, students develop a broad understanding of veterinary medicine.
How Does it Work?
Each student completes a structured rotation through multiple hospitals. The duration at each location is carefully planned to ensure a thorough learning experience.
This externship can be paired with a business externship.
Students who join us for a rotating externship can return for a second externship at a specific hospital.
Housing & Transportation
Housing and transportation between facilities is provided at no cost to students.
